Sexual health
Look after yourself with regular testing and straightforward, confidential advice. Northern Ireland's dedicated LGBTQ+ organisations and local sexual health services can explain the options available to you.
Coming out
There is no single right time or way to come out. Take things at your own pace, think about your safety and choose people you trust. A supportive community can make the process feel less isolating.
